GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Nouveau Frame Division is currently seeking an experienced National Key Account Manager, to develop business with key accounts, collaborate with customers and drive growth together with the customer.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop relationships with key accounts to support merchandising, logistics, and commercial needs.
• Set the agenda for growth in collaboration with each customers, to maximize frame presence on boards
• Lead customer meetings in key market events, ensure follow-up and coordination to achieve goals
• Deliver merchandising solutions to support business operations by creating opportunities on current board space based on price points, demographics, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to maximize turns through improvement the product display
• Coordination with operations and customer service to ensure customer needs are met including distribution, backorders, shipping cadence and follow through execution and reporting
• Strategize commercial programs to grow board space and turns
• Create synergy with the broader organization to create consistency in the commercial programs and go to market strategies where possible
• Report on sell in and sell out performance and key operations metrics, progress on marketing initiatives and related ROI
• Understand relevant category industry metrics and leverage them in reporting and presentations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in business or related 8+ years experience in account management and business development Strong business acumen and analytics, good presentation and communication skills, proven customer relations building and selling skills with negotiation abilities Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Office products Must have and maintain valid driver's license and driving record that complies with the motor vehicle policy

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
