As a National Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for retail merchandising positions within your designated region, while also providing collaborative support to the SRS Recruiting team as needed. This role is crucial in ensuring that our field teams are staffed with skilled and reliable personnel who uphold our commitment to excellence. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to identify talent and experience in high-volume recruitment.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates for all levels of retail merchandising. Utilize various platforms and networks to identify and source qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and facilitate assessments to identify candidates who align with our company culture and meet job qualifications. Collaborate with HR and field operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, external recruiting partners, and industry contacts to develop a robust talent pipeline. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline status, and market trends within the designated region.Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the retail merchandising industry. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with experience in high-volume hiring. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and represent our brand effectively. Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong motivation to contribute to the success and value of the SRS team. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; familiarity with the App Pro tracking system and Paycom is a plus! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.What We Offer:
