You will actively listen and provide a great customer experience through text and phone-based communication, providing a solution for people who are deaf or have hearing or speech difficulties.

Key Role Details:

Commencement date: 3rd March 2025Operating hours:  Monday-Friday 7am to 9pmLocation: Brisbane Delivery CentrePay Rate: $25.80 + penalty and superannuationTraining: 2 weeks full time paid trainingOffering Permanent, Full Time & Part TimeSkills and suitability based opportunities in future, to move to hybrid role, including overnight and or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a solution for people who are deaf or have hearing or speech difficulties.Responsible for frontline customer service accessible to all users by methods such as telephone, TTY, email, fax and SMS and any other means available.Ability to deal with highly confidential information, including sensitive situations.The ability to engage and build rapport with customers/clients over a wide-ranging demographic.
