Your Role Our Tender / Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies for the company’s products and services. You will analyze market trends, prepare competitive bids, and ensure that pricing aligns with the company’s financial goals and market positioning. Your Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor pricing\r\n strategies, market demand, and customer behavior.Identify opportunities for bid submissions, prepare detailed and\r\n persuasive proposals, and ensure all deadlines are met.Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize\r\n profitability while maintaining a competitive edge.Work closely\r\n with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with\r\n overall business objectives.Perform risk assessments for bids and pricing strategies,\r\n addressing any concerns from clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain\r\n comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including pricing\r\n information and records of communication.Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed to\r\n optimize revenue. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s\r\n degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of\r\n experience in pricing, tender management, or a related roleUnderstands transportation terminology, concepts, and\r\n economic factors that affect logistics.Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and building data\r\n models.Strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Microsoft BI experience is beneficial.
