National Sales Director

Job Title: National Sales Director
Location: Nationwide (remote with travel expected to support national coverage and events)
Hours/Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)
Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition across multiple specialties and geographies Lead and coach regional sales managers and 1099 teams to meet national revenue goals Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies and performance targets Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Track and analyze national sales data, create performance reports, and partner with internal departments to optimize execution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (required) Extensive experience (10+ years preferred) in national/regional sales leadership roles with proven revenue generation success Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or regenerative medicine markets is strongly preferred Prior experience leading large sales teams and working with 1099 distributor networks Sales Leadership Expertise: Proven track record in leading national sales efforts and managing distributed teams (Regional Managers, 1099s). Strategic Business Development: Ability to bring in at least 15 new clients per month and hit aggressive growth targets across multiple verticals. Industry Knowledge & Network: Strong presence in Medical Device markets including Aesthetics, Orthopedic, Wound Care, Gynecology, Dermatology, Cosmetics, Veterinary/VA. CRM & Sales Analytics: Proficiency in CRM systems, forecasting, and leveraging data to drive performance. Deep network across multiple verticals (aesthetics, orthopedics, wound care, etc.) and an existing book of business is a must
