We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Director to join our newly established Oncology team in Japan. As a key member of Regeneron’s Oncology organization, you will lead, develop, and retain a high-performing field sales team, ensuring strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds targets. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our commercial strategies and business plans, contributing to our leadership in the oncology therapeutic area.
A typical day might include the following:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to direct reports.
Develop and implement detailed business plans to support the Oncology team.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Utilize CRM systems and sales data to drive performance.

To be considered, you have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus) as well as a minimum of 10 years of biopharma experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership/management in oncology. You have a proven success record in developing and managing high-performing sales teams. You possess strong ability to analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand objectives along with experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis.
