Job Overview
The National Sales Executive consults with T-Mobile for Business (TFB) prospective clients to conceptualize and articulate the 5G Value Proposition, IT Vision, Transformation Strategy, and business cases to achieve desired business objectives and help pull the win across the line. They support T-Mobile's Strategic, Enterprise and Government sales teams, working on large multi-year deals of at least $30M with both current and prospective customers. They provide expertise as a talented and experienced visionary with technical, sales, consulting and business analysis background, and experience working with C-Level Executives. They build industry relationships, define strategy for client penetration, and propose innovative approaches and partnerships to identify and develop new business opportunities. As a T-Mobile trusted advisor, they establish credibility and expertise in both 5G and Telecom Solutions both internally and within the industry.

Job Responsibilities: Works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into action plans to build, close and launch our customers’ T-Mobile 5G and Telcom Solutions. Assists in deal qualification by leveraging market/industry knowledge and technology trends. Provides thought leadership and participates on early deal pursuit and account planning. Focuses on multi-year, large deals of at least $30M. Presents technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to a wide variety of business and technical audiences. Coordinates the preparation of RFPs, RFQs and other proposals to clients. Develops internal and external relationships, identifies new opportunities, and creates and executes strategies that result in new business for T-Mobile. Funnel management, reporting, sales forecasting. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business Management/ General (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: More than 10 years Experience in sales, consulting and/or transformation initiatives (Required) 2-4 years Experience leading large multi-year deals of at least $30M (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proposal Writing Experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives. (Required) Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization. Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating 5G value proposition, IT vision. (Required) Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and business cases for achieving desired business objectives. (Required) Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident communicator and presenter; speak with clarity and positive tone. (Required) Business Acumen Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening) (Required) Project Management Hands on experience leading large multi-year deals projects of at least $30M. (Required) Consultation Prior consulting experience and interactions with C-Level Executives. (Required) Licenses and Certifications:

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $150,900 - $272,100, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $90,540 - $163,260
