MBA with minimum 15 years+ experience.Proven record of understanding the AV industry & technology geek.Defining and implementing the organization's strategy for selling products or services Developing forecasts Analyzing market trends Identifying opportunities for business growth Building and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors Monitoring sales performance Providing regular reports and insights to senior management Excellent sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and local language (where applicable)Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core valuesAbility to hold others accountable and take responsibility for achieving stated objectivesStrong business acumen and analytical skillsStrong competitive drive with an intense focus to win for the teamPersuasive negotiation skills to ensure client needs are well balanced internally and externallyWhat is Nice to Have:
