National Sales Manager – Professional Audio solutions

National sales manager for India & SAARC, this is leadership and team management role with P&L responsibility for the region.
 

Your Team

This position will be reporting to the Director Entertainment solutions, leading a large team PAN India

What You Will Do :

Developing sales strategy: Formulate strategies to achieve sales goals, and ensure profitabilityPlanning sales: Plan sales in line with the company's strategy, and assist with strategy formulationIdentifying and negotiating with customers: Identify and negotiate with customers, and map customers and sound engineersLaunching & Presenting products: Launching of the new products in the market with GTMDeveloping the distribution channel: Increasing the width of distribution through sub dealer network and depth of the product availability across region.Acting as a focal point: Act as a focal point of contact for all Master dealers.

What You Need: Criteria

MBA with minimum 15 years+ experience.Proven record of understanding the AV industry & technology geek.Defining and implementing the organization's strategy for selling products or services Developing forecasts Analyzing market trends Identifying opportunities for business growth Building and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors Monitoring sales performance Providing regular reports and insights to senior management Excellent sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and local language (where applicable)Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core valuesAbility to hold others accountable and take responsibility for achieving stated objectivesStrong business acumen and analytical skillsStrong competitive drive with an intense focus to win for the teamPersuasive negotiation skills to ensure client needs are well balanced internally and externally
