As a National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with high-value national accounts. Partnering with leadership and special events managers, you'll strategize to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and hospitality to make a significant impact. Responsibilities: Identify and engage new leads while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts Develop and implement growth strategies for challenging markets and new restaurant openings Build and manage a personal account list through calls, meetings, and visits, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Create and execute short and long-term sales plans to meet and exceed targets Work closely with Sr Director of Group Sales to design and execute annual business and market plans Gain in-depth knowledge of our company's offerings and stay informed about industry trends, convention cities, and large-scale events Develop and maintain a high profile at relevant industry events, tradeshows, and industry associations to represent our brand and identify new opportunities Participate in city convention bureaus, DMCs, and meeting planner associations to showcase our company and build valuable connections Investigate and report on industry trends in current and new markets Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a National Sales role or similar role, hospitality industry experience preferred Proven ability to create and deliver tailored product presentations and build strong client relationships Strong motivation to build guest relationships and achieve company goals Excellent customer service abilities required and account management skills a plus Strong work ethic; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently Exceptional networking, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities About Us: Our story begins with Sam Fox, a man passionate about hospitality and endlessly inspired by food and design.
