The National Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence on a national level.Strategic Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive national business development strategy aligned with the overall goals and objectives of RX Destroyer.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay ahead of industry changes.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Sales and Revenue Generation Set and achieve sales targets for the national market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Negotiate and close high-value deals.Collaboration Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to business development.Collaborate with regional or international teams to share best practices and leverage synergies.Reporting an Analysis Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the national business development activities.Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the strategy.Qualifications Proven track record of success in a business development roleExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and planning abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Knowledge of the industry and market trends.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree may be preferred.
