QualificationsStrong ability to negotiate and close business dealsAbility to influence decision-makers and navigate complex sales processExcellent written and verbal communication skills to engage customers, present ideas and manage relationships.Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and tailor proposals to the client's specific needsExperience in market analysis and identiifying opportunities for growthStrong ability to forecast sales, set clear goals and adjust strategies based on market changesAbility to analyze sales data and sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvementAbility to analyse market data, client feedback and competitors strategis to make informed business decisionsFamiliar  with the industry, targey audience, and market dynamics Understanding the competitive landscape to identify areas for differentiationMinimum 10 years of working experience in automotive or relevant industry Minimum 5 years  experience in sales,  distribution/ b2b environment.Minimum 3 years working experience in leadership sales position.Language skills: Bahasa Indonesia & English are must. Chinese is plus
