National Sea Logistics Training Manager

**Your Role**
Reporting to the Sea Logistics Requirement Engineering & Systems Support Manager you will provide state of the art training strategy, concepts and material to the Kuehne + Nagel Sea Logistics organization. Improving market environments, fostering continues learning within a global network providing the best customer service performed by a multicultural team.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Design,creation and implementation of strategies for e-Learning and distancelearning
+ Developingtraining material (storyboard, exercises, tests, handouts, trainerscripts, documentation) for individual and classroom courses for varioustarget groups
+ Maintaininga professional training system used for all training activities.
+ Designingand developing new Release Training based on manuals and testing.
+ Identifyingfurther key training areas in Sea Logistics Systems applications, designingand developing new training programs.
+ Interactingwith the Regional Trainers to ensure new processes training are deployedeffectively.
+ Reporting,monitoring and administration of the training activities via TrainingManagement Tool and Web Intelligence, for all Sea Logistics Systems producttrainings.
+ Regularexchange and alignment of training concepts with trainer colleagues fromother business units.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ 5years' experience in Education or corporate training
+ Youhave the ability to develop and facilitate training programs on a largescale
+ Domestictravel required for business purposes
+ Youmust have the ability to report to the office 5 days per week
