What You’ll Do

KBR is looking for highly motivated rising Juniors, Seniors and Graduate students seeking human resources and talent acquisition opportunities that provide challenging and meaningful work experience to be a part of our 2025 Intern class. 

This is a hands-on internship providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience as a member of our People team! This role will work at the direction of the NSS People Leader to assist with various HR projects supporting the attraction, retention, development, reward, and engagement of NSS talent.  

Selected interns for this paid opportunity will be provided with the opportunity to mentor with experienced professionals, gain experience and establish a name for themselves in this high demand career field. 

Anticipated Skill Set:

Current college student or recent graduate with coursework or degree in areas of study to include, but not limited to, human resources management, Industrial Psychology, Communications, and General BusinessExperience working in an office environmentProven ability building relationships and working as part of a teamEffective oral, written, and virtual communication skillsMicrosoft Office experience, including Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and take initiativeAbility to work independently.Detail-orientedAbility to be professional and maintain strict confidentialityPossess a strong sense of curiosityMust be a U.S. Citizen

Scheduled Weekly Hours:  

Average 40 hours per week.

Basic Compensation:

$16.00 - 20.00 per hour (This range is for the Colorado area only).

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Requirements:

Must be a US CitizenMust pass a Security Pre-Screen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
