We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of National Service Administrative Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location


Job Description

The selected candidate will:

Complete new employee set ups, to include National Service and branches.Monitor, update and maintain reports for National Service, branches, and applicable Management Teams. Update customer contracts to reflect correct point of contact. Assist with product initiatives. Audit out of territory startups to confirm EMRs (Equipment Master Records) have been updated properly.Create, update and maintain maps for Service Development Managers.


Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.Good communication skills/phone skills required.Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.SAP experience preferred.Physical attendance at the worksite is required.
