Your role:

You will drive superior customer value by developing and executing the go to market approach for Ultrasound services in alignment with China market’s business strategy.

Ensures a streamlined, cohesive services strategy across regions, including services sales, marketing and channelDesigns and executes US services business plan to meet services Sales & OIT and drive CCP/CP growthLeads a dedicated services sales team for direct sales customersRecruits and manages services dedicated BPs

Your team:

You will report to the Head of Ultrasound, GCR. You will work closely with the region services team, marketing, sales, delivery etc. You will lead a team of services marketing and service sales. You will base in Shanghai.

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of healthcare industry experienceStrong experience in services business, in healthcare or medtech products or solutionsUltrasound modality experience highly preferredComplete knowledge and understanding of the sales and marketing processesExperience as an integrator to work in a business with complex market/channel structuresAdept at senior stakeholder management and able to work effectively in a matrix organizationStrong leadership in building a high performing and cohesive teamExcellent communication and influencing skills in Mandarin and English
