POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible to perform a variety of complex, operational and confidential administrative duties to provide support for the National Service Team. Position requires an in-depth knowledge of company practices / structure, as well as a high degree of financial and administrative skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ø Provide high level administrative support to National Service Manager
Ø Supervise corporate reception activities and Technical Support Call Center operations team
Ø Administrator for National Service Software Team, to include but not limited to, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, customer relations, etc.
Ø Partner and coordinate with Digital Sales for execution of new software sales / projects
Ø Handle / processing of travel, paperwork, and expenses for several units within National Service
Ø Compilation and processing of manufacturer chargeback invoicing
Ø Accounting of Service vouchers (payables)
Ø Creation of Service purchase orders
Ø Entry of Service tools orders and shipment of gang boxes
Ø Backup of overflow calls for Service and Technical Support Departments
Ø Ensure all processes in place are being adhered to for cost-efficiency and effectiveness
Ø Research, compile and analyze data for special projects
Ø Special projects as they arise
QUALIFICATIONS
Ø Minimum of five years combination of increasingly responsible business experience and/or education
Ø Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs
Ø Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
