Job Description

Install, provide training, and support of applications within the MiTek Production Software Suite at our customer locations. This position would be concentrating on production software, with focus on MiTek Production, BoardStretcher, MVP and ShopNet. In addition, the National Technical Representative acts as a liaison to the customer to provide software support and training, consultation to improve customer productivity and overall business operations using the MiTek software. Assistance shall include installation, system configuration, network interaction, feature usage, enhancement needs and system behavior.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Provide training support to MiTek customers for all of the following MiTek software, Production, BoardStretcher, MVP.Be able to install the following MiTek Software. MiTek Suite, Production, BoardStretcher, MVP.Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQLSupport of the CDS system


Qualifications

Associates Computer and Information Science preferred orNational Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Architecture preferred2+ Years Work experience in the Truss industry. preferredAble to use Microsoft Office Applications


Soft Skills

Problem solving skills to trouble shoot problems or come up with alternate solutions.


Additional Requirements

Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.90% Travel Nationally


Physical Demands

This role is primarily performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. As part of the essential functions of this role, the individual will need to access a factory and be exposed to temperature changes. This may will result in being exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes and navigate around factory machines.
