Your Impact

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

 

Develop and execute a cohesive annual national tradeshow strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching objectives and business units' goals, while identifying and executing on KPIs throughout the processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize commercial program and product information, key messages, digital marketing, social media, branding elements, lead capture and tracking for individual tradeshows and key audiences. Lead strategy calls with all stakeholders, including marketing support team, sales and leadership, reviewing strategy, ROI, roles and local market participation. Implement pre- and post-show marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, brand visibility, and engagement with target audiences alongside stakeholder partners.Manage end-to-end logistics for national tradeshows, including abstract coordination, booth design, materials production, communication with on-site and planning team, shipping, on-site setup, and teardown.Establish and nurture relationships with conference leaders, vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of activities.Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitor participation, and emerging opportunities to continually enhance the organization's strategy.Budget planning and management for tradeshow-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.Develop communication and dissemination plan to raise awareness internally of national participation and presenceProvide post-event lead approach, analysis and reports, working closely with sales team to track ROI, identifying areas for improvement and best practices to optimize future participation.Ensure the distribution of materials and messaging applicable to the sales regional tradeshow strategy25% travel to and from conference locations as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in managing conferences, tradeshowsA valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures. Additional Success Factors

Knowledge and Skill:

3-5+ years of proven experience in tradeshow management within the healthcare industry, with a track record of successful national events.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners.Strategic thinker with a focus on innovative approaches to enhance tradeshow impact.Experience in event management software, budget tracking tools, and project management softwareWillingness and ability to travel nationally as required for tradeshow on-site execution and organization.

Pay range of $72,400 to $90,500 + annual bonus: up to 8% of base pay depending on bonus criteria.  This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.  Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
