DHI Mortgage is currently looking for a National Training Coordinator I. The right candidate will provide administrative and event coordination for onsite, virtual, and on-demand training. Assist with the organization, distribution, and access of curriculum material and training job guides. Help with pre- and post-training planning and assessment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide administrative and event coordination for on-site training programs, live virtual sessions, on-demand courses, and mandatory regulatory training, i.e.:New Hire OrientationDHIM Core for Loan Origination and ProcessingMortgage MasteryMortgage 101Process Change TrainingSoftware and Technical System TrainingRegulatory LessonsOptional Professional Development TopicsAid in the printing, organization, and delivery of curriculum, agenda, and other materials need for training eventsExecute various event planning duties, such as: arranging catering, pre-training room preparation, setting up coffee, water, and snack stations, setting up lunch, post-training room cleanup, and training supply ordering and maintenanceSend and track corporate communication, such as announcements and bulletins, sent to the various departments impacted by organizational changeMaintain the organization, uploading, versioning, and archiving of Training content housed within the Training SharePoint site, the DHI HUB (Knowledge Coop), MS Teams groups, and any network drivesAccess data and produce reports using the various Learning Management Systems, such as Training Tracker (Absorb LMS), Absorb Create, MS Teams, Zoom, and Survey Monkey, etc.Assist with training department issues, as assignedAssist with internal and external communication, as assignedPerform special projects as assigned by the National Training Team LeadsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to travel overnightAble to work overtime

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One to two years of related mortgage and/or training coordination experienceAbility to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detailAbility to apply critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or data formProficiency with all applications in the MS Office suiteStrong verbal and non-verbal communication skillsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate
