About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled NAV/BC Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementations. The role offers the flexibility of home-based work, with occasional travel to client sites. You will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide expert advice, and ensure successful implementation of NAV/BC systems.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in Dynamics NAV/BC implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
* Analyze client business processes and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
* Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring optimal system utilization.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC features and functionalities to recommend best practices.
* Engage in occasional travel to client sites for workshops, training sessions, and project support.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years experience working with Dynamics NAV/Business Central, focusing on implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.
* Experience with Power BI and related tools is a plus.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
* Ideally, experience working with Microsoft Partners on international projects.
* Proficiency in delivering training and support to end-users.
