Responsibilities + The successful candidate collaborates closely with the NAVAIR Navy ERP Business office (NBO) leadership to provide strategic guidance for the planning and implementation of Navy ERP SAP S4/Hana (ERP+) at NAVAIR. + Key Responsibilities: + Participate in Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and advise the NBO of issues/concerns that may impact the NAVAIR user’s ability to conduct successful transactions within the Navy ERP+ product. + Understand NAVAIR’s processes and assist with the development “as is/to be” processes. + Assist in the assessment of the proposed S4/Hana configuration and the impact to current processes. + Identify and analyze potential migration risks and present solutions for mitigation. + Assess proposed organizational restructuring and advise NBO leadership of potential issues. Qualifications + Minimum Qualifications + Education: + Master’s degree (MS/MA) + Experience: + 8 -10 desired years of experience. + Direct experience in SAP S4/Hana migrations + “As Is/To Be” Process Design Experience. + Translate functional requirements to system requirements. + Requirements testing. + Direct experience working in an Agile software development environment. + Other Requirements: + Security Clearance?
