Summary: Seeking a CNC Programmer proficient in Catia, Tooling/Fixtures, and GD&T for aerospace parts.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Catia

Skilled in Tooling/Fixtures

Knowledge of GD&T for aerospace parts

Two years college or three years of experience in the aircraft industry

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design, Manufacturing and Planning processes

Experience with both MCAD and manual legacy designs

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, create, and maintain tooling/fixture definitions for manufacturing operations

Create and maintain CAM programs and operator instructions for numerical controlled equipment

Develop Loft MCAD models, flat patterns, and associated digital tooling programs

Maintain records and schedules of assigned work

Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as needed

Ensure compliance with cost control standards, schedule, and quality requirements

Train, direct, instruct, and validate Production Engineering work

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
