**PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a NC Programmer - FLRAA in Fort Worth, Texas.** Job Title: **NC Programmer - FLRAA** Job Type: **Full time; contract** _12 months_ Schedule: **Onsite; 1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM** Location: **Fort Worth, TX 76118** Pay: **$40.00-$70.00 per hour, W2** **Job Summary** The candidate will work as an NC Programmer for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program in Fort Worth. They will analyze engineering documents and create detailed computer-aided designs (MCAD) and 2D drawings for manufacturing processes while supporting production operations. **Skill Requirements** _Must-Have:_ + Ability to interpret **Engineering Drawings** , **Models** , **Bills of Materials** , **Technical Specifications** , and **Quality Documents** + Proficiency in creating **MCAD operational models** and **2D drawings** + Experience with developing **Tooling/Fixture definitions** + Skilled in creating and maintaining **CAM programs** for **Numerical Controlled equipment** + Knowledge of **GD&T/Aerospace tolerances** _Preferred:_ + Strong verbal and written **communication skills** + Extensive knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes + Capability to mentor or train other engineers **Educational Requirements:** + Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry. **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $70.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
