Overview: Job Title:NC3 Project Manager (TESA) Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany Job Responsibilities: The N C3 Project Manager (TESA) shall provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, this involves overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. + Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods . + Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project . + Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data . + Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures . + Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests . + Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching equipment. + Knowledge of the UANOC architecture and GCCS-J systems + Knowledge of all the computer based tools for project management . Minimum Qualifications: + Active, in-scope US Government issuedSecretclearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable). + Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements,US Citizenship is required. + Three (3) years of progressive experience in design and development . + T wo (2) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software developmen t. + T wo (2) years systems analysis. Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management , OR an A ssociate’s degree plus seven ( 7 ) years of recent specialized experience , OR eleven ( 11 ) years of recent specialized experience.
