Job Title: NC3 Project Manager (TESA)
Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany
The NC3 Project Manager (TESA) shall provide functions to support IT project management activities at unit level, this involves overseeing all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects.
Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods. Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project. Create the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data. Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures. Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests. Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching equipment. Knowledge of the UANOC architecture and GCCS-J systems Knowledge of all the computer based tools for project management. Minimum Qualifications:
Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable).
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
Three (3) years of progressive experience in design and development.
Two (2) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development.
Two (2) years systems analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management, OR an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
