Hours of Work: Monday to Tuesday 2.30 pm to 12.30 am, Wednesday and Thursday 2.30 pm to 12.15 am 25% of basic pay shift allowance applicable
Contractual Terms: Competitive rate of basic pay + 25% shift allowance, competitive pension package, good working conditions.

The key activities outlined below represent an overview only of the position of NDT (Stage 2) Technician, with also a requirement to support in the laboratory. We are based on site at the Leicester Plant and the following description should not be seen as a prescriptive list of activities. A flexible and responsive approach to this role is vital, as is the requirement on occasion to work overtime when authorised. Specific Responsibilities
Accomplished Experience of 2 years or more in the role of NDT Ability to read, analyse, interpret general technical procedures and engineering drawings Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables within the NDT area Aptitude to use a variety of measurement equipment (both conventional and SMART) To operate the Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection and Magnetic Particle Inspection equipment in line with recognised specifications and practices Experience in Demonstrate an understanding of Lean Standards Consistently meets production and 5S targets Must pass Jaeger J1 and Curpax J2 and Ishihara tests Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards. Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis. Abide by the Health and Safety policies of the siteGeneral Company Support
