**Job Title: Penetrant Line Operator** **Job Description** + As a Penetrant Line Operator, you will be responsible for chemically cleaning castings prior to inspection and reworking using alkaline baths, cold etch baths, and/or hot water washes. Your role will include preparing, operating, and maintaining tanks used for chemical cleaning, as well as using a hoist to lift and move castings. **Responsibilities** + Chemically clean castings prior to inspection using specified methods. + Rework castings utilizing alkaline baths, cold etch baths, and hot water washes. + Accurately prepare, operate, and maintain tanks used for chemical cleaning. + Use a hoist to lift and move castings safely. + Adhere to safety policies and carefully follow directions. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation + General labor and power tool usage + General production experience + manufacturing industry experience + Metal fabrication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings is a plus. + Mechanical inclination + Ability to read and follow detailed instructions + Strong adherence to safety policies **Why Work Here?** + We offer numerous opportunities for growth in both pay and advancement within the company.
