\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\tVolt is immediately hiring for NDT Technician - Visual in Decatur, IL.\r\n\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\t2nd or 3rd Shift Only\r\n\r\n\t\t\tEnhanced Benefits including PTO.\r\n\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\tAs an NDT Technician you will:\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tProvide visual weld inspections and other non-destructive inspection to the steel fabrications assembly group.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tPerform receiving, in-stream process, and outgoing quality audits to validate cast and fabricated structures per weld engineering and manufacturing specifications.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tResponsible for tracking and entering inspection results in electronic databases.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\tThis is a full time opportunity.\r\n\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\tThe ideal candidate will have:\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAn associate degree in nondestructive testing or equivalent work experience.\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tNDT certifications, especially Visual Welding Inspection preferred\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tRelated technical experience in NDT methods and processes\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAn understanding of how to operate NDT equipment\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tKeen attention to detail and ability to follow directions\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\tPay Rate: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour\r\n\r\n\t\t\t*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\r\n\r\n\t\t\t \r\n\r\n\t\t\tQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
