**Overview** Element has an opportunity for an **NDT Technician Trainee** . In this role, you would perform routine tasks under close supervision of Level II and Level III technicians while earning OJT hours. Work would be checked in progress and upon completion. **Responsibilities** + Assist Level II technicians in their roles and responsibilities + Assist production workflow while earning OJT hours in various test methods + Assist in processing parts, including inspection setup and repackaging + Working within ISO 17025 and Nadcap quality systems and meeting those evaluation requirements + Work in a team setting to meet customer needs and project deadlines **Skills / Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED equivalent required + Two years of technical / vocational training in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, customer testing specifications, and procedure manuals + **Must have valid Drivers License, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment** + Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events / projects in the community, with customers and within the company \#LI-SN1 **Company Overview** Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
