Clover Leaf is seeking a NEBB TAB Technician to join our expanding team in Albuquerque, NM at Sandia National Lab. The ideal candidate will possess NEBB certification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Test and Balance. This role involves working on complex HVAC system TAB projects under the supervision of a NEBB Professional, programming and calibrating HVAC digital control systems, and preparing accurate TAB test reports.

Responsibilities:

Conduct TAB on various types of HVAC system projects, adhering to TAB procedures and safety protocols. Work under the supervision of a NEBB Professional to ensure quality and accuracy in TAB projects. Read blueprints, submittals, and job specifications to understand project requirements. Prepare comprehensive and precise TAB test reports, interpreting data and making necessary adjustments to balance HVAC systems. Train apprentices on TAB testing procedures and techniques.

Requirements:

NEBB certification. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Test and Balance. Proficiency in programming and calibrating HVAC digital control systems. Strong understanding of HVAC system operation and TAB testing procedures. Ability to interpret blueprints, submittals, and job specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for clearance.
