Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services- Oahu is seeking experienced and compassionate full time Nurse Aides to join our Team in the Liliha and Kane'ohe Facilities. In this individual contributor role, you will assist elderly or disabled clients to provide quality patient care. You will provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, transferring from bed to chair, toileting, and other services under the direction of nursing staff.
Compensation & Benefits
The Nurse Aide will be given a competitive salary of $18 to $ 22 per hour, paid weekly. We offer excellent benefits, including paid time off for vacation days and sick days.

Responsibilities
Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and eating
Monitor and document health status, changes in condition, and progress or responses to services
Assist client with ambulation, exercises, and body positions
Transport clients safely in a wheel chair or other mobility device
Fill out detailed reports upon request
Implement the planned individualized client care plans and provide professional care using sound nursing practices
Communicate with the client's family to ensure family members are brought in the loop with any changes Uphold the strictest confidence when dealing with patient information
Requirements
Must be a Certified Nurse Aide in the state of Hawaii
Previous experience as a Nurse Aide in a nursing home or long term care facility
Detail oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Knowledge of basic nursing and patient care practices
