Job Description

Overview:

This position requires a highly motivated person to lead the day-to-day execution of a(n) account(s).  They will be activating digital/print strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation.
 

Role Objectives:

Assist with Planning and Implementation for client accounts across all digitalTraining/Support across billing, reporting, trafficking, and researchAssist in presentation of data, insights and media to clientsIntimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. audio, digital mobile, social, videoStay up-to-date on and advises clients of the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and develop “Point of View” (POV) documents on new trends or opportunitiesResponsible for relationship with third-party vendors – i.e. keeping up to date on all offerings and facilitating meetings between the vendor, client and team membersManage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliationsAssist Supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add NegotiationsDraw actionable insights based off available data i.e. past performance, competitive, consumer data, etc.

                i.e. Nielsen, Prisma, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance, Quantcast, and others

Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients objectivesPrepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree; related internship experience strongly preferred1-2 years of media buying/planning experienceMust have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skillsMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skillsMust be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $46,500 - $67,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
