Summary:

Practice in the collaborative/independent management of newborn care. They practice within developed policies, protocols and guidelines that are approved by the Pediatric Division. Act as a professional role model for other team members. Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Masters Degree - Nursing

Credentials:

Basic Life SupportAdv Practice RN LicenseNeonatal Resuscitation Provider

Experience:

1 year of NICU experience working as an NNP

Facility:

BayCare Health System, Maternal Professional Services-SFBH

Location: South Florida Baptist Hospital

Status: PRN

Shift Hours: 24 hour shifts

Shift: Shift 4

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings,  3 = Nights,  4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
