NetSuite Administrator

Position Overview 

 

The Oracle NetSuite Administrator will be the cornerstone for ensuring the optimal performance and continual enhancement of our NetSuite environment. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining the system, deploying customizations, and integrating solutions that support our strategic growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our business units, delivering robust technology solutions that align with our business needs while ensuring cost effectiveness.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

System Management and Customization

Maintain, optimize, and upgrade the NetSuite application along with related third-party business applications.Develop, test, and implement customizations, custom objects, and new modules within NetSuite to meet evolving business requirements.Serve as the subject matter expert for managing updates, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other core business platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Provide ongoing support and training to users on NetSuite, including the creation of saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and user roles.Collaborate with business units to assist in data analysis, process mapping, and identifying improvement opportunities.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customizations, workflows, and business processes.

 

Requirements

 

Professional Experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP administration, configuration, and integration, preferably within complex environments using NetSuite.Advanced understanding of NetSuite's functionalities, including custom records, CSV import/export, page layouts, workflows, roles, and permissions.Experience with NetSuite Finance, scripting, and web services.

Skills and Attributes
