About NetSuite’s Field Engagement Marketing Activation (FEMA) Team:
The Field Engagement Marketing Activation (FEMA) team’s core focus is to support the sales organization in its prospecting efforts. We have a direct, positive influence on both pipeline and logo growth by giving sellers a reason to engage prospects through in-person events, industry webinars, customer success stories, industry and competitive content, and more.
Within the FEMA team, the partner marketing team works on joint campaigns with NetSuite partners to create impactful content and campaigns and generate leads and customers for NetSuite and our partner community.
We work alongside sales and partnership leadership to craft and deliver campaigns that resonate with businesses in need of the solutions that NetSuite offers. By generating content and fueling demand generation with partners, the partner marketing team helps widen both the top and bottom of the sales funnel.
The NetSuite FEMA team offers marketers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to senior-level management. Team members work collaboratively in a variety of specialized marketing areas to help develop their skill sets and promote personal and professional growth!
Who You Are:
You have 3-5 years of field marketing, partner marketing, or sales experience. You understand the marketing funnel and the sales cycle. You take a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively connect with a variety of audiences, both internally and externally. You can work quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines. You are able to manage and execute multiple projects, priorities and tasks. You practice extreme attention to detail and live by a schedule or planner. You enjoy process and are always looking for ways to be more efficient. You are relationship-oriented and enjoy working with many different stakeholders. You hold yourself accountable when independent work is required but collaborate well and are a team player. You are able to give and receive constructive feedback.Nice to Haves:
