Kforce's client is in urgent need of an experienced NetSuite Consultant accounting professional to assist with their ERP implementation training and testing. Their go-live is March 1st. They are looking to hire and start immediately for a 2-month engagement. February 3 through February 14: * Enter intercompany billing * Enter freight bills * Maintaining prepaid inventory schedule * 3-way matching of vendor invoices to receiving paperwork and PO * Daily reconciliation of customer credit card deposits Week of February 17 - 21: * Assisting with NetSuite training and data validation Week of February 24 - Feb 28: * Sandbox will be down again during this week so would repeat tasks above Month of March: * Training Controller with first financial close in NetSuite * Assisting accounting staff with any NetSuite issues and training * Take their current business processes and show them the quickest way to do it in NetSuite * Show them shortcuts in NetSuite (everything to date has been navigating drop down menus when they know there are faster ways)
