Kforce's client in Garland, TX is in urgent need of an experienced NetSuite Consultant and accounting professional to assist with their ERP implementation training and testing. Their go-live is April 1st. They are looking to hire and start immediately for a 5-month engagement, with possibility to extend further. Responsibilities include: * NetSuite Consultant will enter intercompany billing * Enter freight bills * Maintaining prepaid inventory schedule * 3-way matching of vendor invoices to receiving paperwork and PO * Daily reconciliation of customer credit card deposits * Assisting with NetSuite training and data validation * Training Controller with first financial close in NetSuite * Assisting accounting staff with any NetSuite issues and training * Take their current business processes and show them the quickest way to do it in NetSuite * Show them shortcuts in NetSuite (everything to date has been navigating drop down menus when they know there are faster ways)
