Description We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Functional NetSuite Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite to design, implement, and optimize solutions that align with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure the successful delivery of NetSuite implementations, customizations, integrations, and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for NetSuite implementations and enhancements. + Design, configure, and deploy NetSuite modules, including financials, CRM, ERP, and supply chain management. + Provide technical expertise for system integrations, customizations, and workflows using SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite tools. + Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for NetSuite usage to meet business objectives. + Develop custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards for actionable insights and analytics. + Resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide ongoing technical support to end users. + Lead testing, training, and user adoption initiatives to ensure smooth deployment and operational efficiency. + Stay updated on new NetSuite features, releases, and third-party add-ons to continually improve system capabilities. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. + 3+ years of proven experience in NetSuite implementations and support. + Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP module functionality, including financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management. + Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 and SuiteFlow for customizations and workflows. + Practical experience with NetSuite integration tools and APIs, such as RESTlets, SuiteTalk, or Celigo. + Solid understanding of business processes, particularly finance, accounting, and supply chain operations. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications + NetSuite Certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer). + Prior experience with NetSuite integrations using tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo. + Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies for advanced system customizations. + Experience in implementing NetSuite Advanced Modules, including Project Management, WMS, or CRM+. + Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
