NetSuite Senior Consultant
Description We are offering contract employment opportunity for a NetSuite Senior Consultant that is fully remote. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities ranging from processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records. • Actively participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls in adherence to GAAP and internal accounting policies to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity. • Prepare and review financial statements, including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Contribute to the development of end-to-end process flow under your responsibility and work towards improving accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. • Assist in the development of guidelines on NetSuite general ledger maintenance to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Review and approve monthly general ledger and bank account reconciliations to ensure procedural consistency and compliance. • Prepare or review the monthly roll forwards and reconciliations for prepaids, fixed assets and intangibles, and other accounts assigned. • Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in NetSuite and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management • Practical understanding of Cloud Technologies and CRM • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Knowledge and experience with Atlassian Jira • Prior experience with IBM tools and technologies • Experience with About Time software is desirable • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies • Understanding of Budget Processes in a business context • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience within the Construction sector is advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
