Summary: 

We are currently seeking a Senior Principal Consultant in our Technical Services department within the Oracle NetSuite Customer Success Consulting team.  This position requires heavy interaction with customers, other NetSuite application developers, NetSuite implementation teams, and NetSuite partners.  This individual will be a part of the team that scopes, designs, develops, and deploys custom scripts, integrations, and workflow solutions for our customers. 

Typical Workload: 

Each day can be very different. It is a great job for people looking to step out of normal routines. We have a broad range of responsibilities. The typical workload breaks down into the rough percentages: 

30% scripting, QA, creating and executing test plans.  30% is customer facing, walking though use cases, reviewing test plans, and sometimes just brought in to solve problems.  15% attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers, mentoring sessions for less experienced resources, and other strategic initiatives  10% integration consulting with customer and third-party systems  10% executive updates, documentation, and overall project management.  5% data migration
