Description We are looking for a competent Network Administrator to manage, oversee, and maintain our computer networks. Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer networks and systems. Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems. Consulting with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions. Conducting regular system audits. Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. Budgeting for future upgrades and expansions. Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Requirements Qualifications: A degree in a field related to computer science, IT, or networking is preferred. Proven experience in a network administrator role. Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching. Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure. Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Ability to set up and configure server hardware. Ability to manage licensing and certification requirements. detail oriented certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
