A Philadelpia School is seeking a full-time Network Administrator to maintain and optimize the school's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing network components (switches, routers, Wi-Fi), cloud services, servers, and endpoint devices. The role also involves troubleshooting network issues, supporting cybersecurity, managing user accounts, and ensuring all hardware and software are up-to-date. The Network Administrator will collaborate with the Director of Technology to plan and execute technology upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc.). Deploy Apple devices via JAMF and apply routine patches and updates. Troubleshoot network and server issues. Support physical and virtual servers and networked applications. Collaborate on network operations and future upgrades. Respond to cybersecurity alerts and provide technical support. Manage Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and cloud-based services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, with 5+ years of IT experience (preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills. A+ certification preferred; JAMF & Google Admin certifications are a plus.
