Duration: 6+ Months.7+ years work experience in a senior network engineering positionResearch problem information to proactively identify trends and potential sources of new problems and use this information to proactively address these issues to ensure that they do not repeat.Analyze alerts and infrastructure systems to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability.Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, VMware ESXAbility to design, configure, implement, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot Routers and Switches, VPN connections, Firewalls, and Wireless Access PointsAnalyze infrastructure usage and plan for growth or increases in system capacity.Identify and resolve problems affecting the infrastructure performance, efficiency, and availability in a timely manner.Identify automation opportunities and assist in their implementation across our global infrastructure.Resolve incidents when necessary as an escalation point and documenting designs, process and procedures.Superior understanding of network routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS)Experience with Cloud networking (AWS and Azure)Experience with QoS and performance monitoring tools.Hands on experience with Cisco ASA 55xxOver eight years of Information Technology & Communications Security administration experienceCCNP or higher certification desiredCisco and Aruba Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) controllers and access pointsExperience with Meraki Wireless LAN CloudDesign, build, and configure Cisco ASA, Routers and Switches (IOS, IOS-XR, NXOS)Routing Protocols – OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2 / L3 Architecture and Design Multicast, QoSManage firewall rules, adding nodes, services, rules, and troubleshootingPCI Compliance experience is a plusExtensive VOIP skills with a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience.
