In the role of Network Administration Team Lead, we'll count on you to:
Provide technical leadership in ongoing design, support, maintenance, and enhancement of information technology (IT) infrastructure environmentProvide task direction and guidance for other staff members on teamProvide support for team manager in developing budget information, staff coaching and guidancePresent recommendations to senior leadershipEnable an agile and simplified onboarding process for emerging solution integrationServe as contact point for first-level escalations to the team for technical and support issuesCollaborate with network engineering team to optimize network configuration, network management and network monitoringLead team in completion of incident closure and outage remediation within established SLAsFill in for team manager when neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:
Certification in ITIL process standardsUnderstanding of Agile processesUnderstanding of CUI data handling proceduresExpert in creating business case, use cases, storytelling and driving changeThis position does not qualify for visa sponsorship.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 7 years' experience in technical analysis of systemsIn-depth technical knowledge of network hardware, systems and architectures, and storage and backup system infrastructure technologies
Expertise in technologies particularly in mid to large enterprise environments
Experience in design, solutions development, and consultative roles is important
Experience leading others in critical situations, and in teaching and coaching others
Technical proficiency with administering and supporting systems management tools and methodologies
Ability to develop innovative ideas for generating new approaches to solve problems
Ability to gather technical requirements and translate into applicable solutions
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
