Are you a proactive and dedicated Network Administrator with a passion for securing and optimizing network infrastructure? Our Corporate IT Group is seeking a Network Administrator to join the team in the Kennesaw, GA (Corporate) location. From managing cutting-edge infrastructure to meticulous documentation and reporting, this role offers a diverse range of exciting responsibilities. 

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management:

Deploy and maintain Fortinet firewalls, switches, APs, and other security appliancesMonitor network performance, security, and availabilityConduct regular security reviews and assessmentsConfigure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)Implement network policies and access controlsEnsure seamless connectivity and high availabilityPerform network upgrades and patches

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate network documentationGenerate reports on network performance, incidents, and improvementsProvide recommendations for enhancing network efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2+ years experience in firewall management, Fortinet environment preferred but not requiredFortinet Certification (FCP/FCSS/NSE 4 or higher) is preferredExperience with a broad range of Fortinet technologies including EMS, Forti Manager and SD-WAN. ZTNA experience a plusExperience with cloud networkingStrong understanding of network protocols, routing, and securityStrong understanding of DNS (Domain Name Services)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration abilities
