Sentinel Technologies is looking for a Network Administrator for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for help desk support, firewall administration, network troubleshooting and application support as needed. This role is a direct placement reporting onsite to our client location in Hillside, IL.
Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and IT support.Strong knowledge of firewall administration, routing, and switching.Experience with VPNs, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks.Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.Experience supporting enterprise applications and troubleshooting software issues.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent experience preferred.The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipmentA valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
Compensation Range:
$60,000-$70,000 a year
