Description We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily network operations and support, collaborate with engineers and help desk staff, and manage various network systems and configurations. Key Responsibilities: Daily Assistance: Provide day-to-day support to senior network staff. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and help desk teams to resolve network issues. Carrier Experience: Perform tests and turn-ups for network carriers. Aruba Edge Connect: Manage and support Aruba Edge Connect systems. Circuit Refreshing: Oversee the cut-over of 13 new network circuits. Cisco Coordination: Coordinate and manage Cisco network devices. Silver Peak/Edge Firewalls: Configure and maintain Silver Peak and edge firewalls. Ticketing System Management: Utilize SysAid for managing network tickets. Handle 25 to 30 tickets a month, spread across a team of 5. Device/Phone Support: Provide support for network and routing issues escalated from the help desk. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in network administration and support. Familiarity with carrier testing and turn-up processes. Experience with Aruba Edge Connect, Cisco devices, and Silver Peak firewalls. Proficiency with SysAid or similar ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Additional Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
