Key Network Administrator Responsibilities · Network Administration Continuously monitor network performance and fine-tune Cisco hardware/software for the best speed, reliability, and bandwidth optimization + System Administration: Maintain and manage the Microsoft Stack, including Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, Azure, and Entra ID. + SharePoint Expertise: Administer and create SharePoint solutions while implementing best practices to enhance collaboration and productivity. + Identity Management: Maintain and optimize Entra ID for secure user access. + Tool Optimization: Collaborate on workflows and systems improvement using tools like JIRA for project tracking. + Firewall & Networking Management: Oversee network infrastructure – ensuring robust, secure, and uninterrupted access for local and remote users. + Help Desk Support: Act as primary Help Desk contact for end-user support (approximately 30% of your workload). + Project Leadership: Take ownership of 70% project-based work, implementing IT solutions that align with the organization’s growth goals and operational needs. + A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively. Requirements Experience with Cisco routers and switches Hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Stack (M365, SharePoint, Azure, and Entra ID).
