Description We are in search of a skilled Network Administrator for a short term contract employment opportunity located in Streetsboro, Ohio. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing essential IT support, managing hardware set-up, and maintaining effective communication channels within our organization. Responsibilities: • Handle the set-up and management of laptops and cell phones. • Manage user accounts, including password resets and unlocking. • Work independently, handling special projects as needed. • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, ensuring smooth operations. • Utilize skills in Active Directory, O365, and Firewall Technologies. • Handle configuration management and deployments. • Use ticketing system skills, preferably with JIRA or Jira Service Management. • Demonstrate competence with Microsoft Office 365 and Networking. • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in day-to-day tasks. Requirements • Applicant must possess expertise in Firewall Technologies. • Proficiency in Active Directory is required. • Deep understanding of Computer Hardware is essential. • Candidate must have experience with Configuration Management. • Demonstrated ability to handle Deployments is necessary. • Familiarity with Ticketing System is a must. • Experience with JIRA software is required. • Knowledge of Jira Service Management is crucial. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is necessary. • Strong Networking skills are required.
