TalentWorld is recruiting a Network Administrator (Mandarin/English) in Calgary, Alberta for one of our clients.
 
Responsibilities Monitor and optimize website performance, security, and user experience. Manage regular website updates, ensuring security and relevance. Troubleshoot and maintain computer network systems, hardware, and software. Oversee ERP systems and internal tools for efficient company operations. Provide technical support for office equipment and employee IT needs. Ensure data security and manage backups, recovery, and archiving. Collaborate with departments to integrate website functions and technical requirements. Assist with spare parts inventory management for the after-sales team. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA A+). 3+ years of experience in IT support or web management. Proficient in website management tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and workflow software. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of security protocols and data protection policies. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, PHP, or SQL (a plus). Fluent in English and Chinese. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
